🏟️ Transport in Dallas – FIFA World Cup 2026

Where Is the Stadium?

World Cup matches in Dallas will be played at AT&T Stadium, located in Arlington, Texas, roughly halfway between Dallas and Fort Worth.

Address:
AT&T Stadium
1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011

Arlington does not have a direct metro or train connection, so transportation planning is especially important on match days.

How to Get to AT&T Stadium

🚌 Shuttle & Bus Routes (Match Days)

During major events, Arlington and surrounding cities typically operate special shuttle services:

  • Shuttle buses from Downtown Dallas

  • Shuttles from designated park-and-ride locations

  • Hotel-based shuttles for World Cup packages

These routes usually drop fans within walking distance of the stadium and are the most stress-free option.

⚠️ Routes and prices will be officially confirmed closer to 2026.

🚗 By Car

Driving is common, but traffic will be heavy.

  • From Downtown Dallas: ~30–40 minutes (without traffic)

  • Parking is available around the stadium

  • Parking prices typically range from $40 to $80 USD on event days

Tip: arrive early and expect delays after matches.

🚕 Ride-Sharing (Uber / Lyft)

Very popular option for visitors.

  • Dedicated pickup & drop-off zones

  • Estimated cost from Downtown Dallas:

    • $40–$70 USD one way (can increase after matches)

Surge pricing is likely immediately after games.

🚆 Public Transport (DART)

Dallas has the DART light rail system, but it does not reach Arlington.

Best option:

  1. Take DART to a central hub (Downtown or Irving)

  2. Transfer to shuttle or rideshare

Transport Tips

  • Leave at least 2–3 hours early on match days

  • Save offline maps and stadium directions

  • Follow official World Cup transport announcements

  • Avoid last-minute rideshares after matches
